BUILDING A MODERN DIGITAL PRESENCE FOR A HOME IMPROVEMENT & REPAIR COMPANY

Project Overview:

honeyDO2honeyDONE (HD2) is a trusted home improvement, maintenance, and repair service provider serving Central Iowa. HD2 needed a refreshed digital presence that would not only enhance their professional image but also make it easier for clients to connect with them. We partnered with HD2 to build a streamlined, user-friendly website that reflects their values of reliability, efficiency, and customer care. From expanding on the existing brand identity to creating a custom app for managing leads and projects, every detail was crafted to support HD2’s growth and service-oriented mission.


 Objectives: 

  • Enhance the existing brand identity that reinforces HD2’s expertise in home services.
  • Design a visually engaging, mobile-responsive website to showcase HD2’s services and project results.
  • Simplify client communication through a centralized contact form to improve response times and lead tracking.
  • Develop a custom management app to improve internal efficiency and streamline project workflows.


 What We Did: 

  • Curated Brand Identity: Collaborated with HD2 to enhance the existing logo and created a new tagline, “what's on your list,” that captures the essence of HD2’s mission. The updated branding establishes HD2 as a trusted, memorable name in the home services market.
  • Custom Web Design & Development: Built a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate website that highlights HD2’s key services, testimonials, and before-and-after project portfolio. The site’s layout is client-focused and mobile-responsive, making it easy for users to connect with HD2 on any device.
  • Streamlined Client Communication: Introduced a single project intake form, prominently displayed on the website and easily shareable by HD2 employees. This form has simplified client outreach, improved communication efficiency, and helped HD2 capture more leads.
  • Custom Lead & Project Management App: Developed a custom app to support HD2’s project lifecycle—from initial inquiries to invoicing and client reviews. This tool enhances tracking of client interactions and supports HD2’s growth by making their workflow more efficient and organized.
